Cupboard Checklist:
- Check labels and eleminate foods with 10 grams or more of sugar per serving.
- Remove all foods that you tend to over eat or have a problem controlling.
- Remove all foods with Trans Fats or Hydrogenated Oils, MSGs, High Fructose Corn Syrup, and Nitrites.
- Purchase extra virgin olive oil for cooking.
